These terms apply when you use the Kairos website and demonstration. By signing in, you agree to them.

Beta

Kairos is in beta. In plain terms:

  • Features and data are not guaranteed while we are in beta. Do not rely on it as your system of record yet.
  • Data may change, be reset, or be lost without notice. This is a demonstration environment with synthetic data only.
  • Features may change or be removed without notice. There is no service-level commitment; availability figures we publish are design targets.
  • When Kairos leaves beta, this section and the beta notices will be removed together.

The demonstration uses synthetic data

Everything in the demonstration is synthetic. Do not enter real patient information, protected health information, or anything that identifies a real person's health care. If you do by mistake, tell us at the founding team and we will delete it.

Not medical advice, not a medical device

Kairos organizes, measures and drafts; clinicians decide. It supports, and never replaces, the judgment of licensed professionals. It shows the basis for every recommendation, does not make clinical conclusions about patients, and does not analyse medical images or physiological signals.

AI outputs

Content labelled as generated by Claude is an estimate you check. It may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing generated is applied automatically; any action based on it is a decision by the person who takes it.

Value program and financial figures

Scorecards, savings and compensation statements in the demonstration are computed from synthetic data and are illustrative. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Any real value program requires the hospital's own legal review before activation, and payments are governed by the parties' written agreements, not by this software.

Accounts and acceptable use

  • Use only the account issued to you. Do not share credentials.
  • Do not attempt to access other accounts or data, disrupt the service, or test its security except under our vulnerability disclosure terms on the security page.
  • Do not scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the product, or use it to build a competing product.

Pilots with real data

Before any real patient data is used, the hospital and Kairos sign a separate agreement, including a business associate agreement and a data-use agreement defining attribution, exclusions and data ownership. That agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Ownership and feedback

The software and its content belong to the Kairos founding team. You may give us feedback; we may use it to improve Kairos without obligation to you.

Disclaimers and liability

The beta is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data entered into the demonstration.
